• Handle inbound customer service calls and address customer inquiries regarding health plans and coverage
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product and service information

• Navigate system tools to efficiently assist customers via voice, chat, and email
• Maintain a distraction-free work environment during training and production

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently
• Must pass a criminal background check

• Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare or benefits
• Familiarity with customer experience metrics and performance standards
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations quickly
