Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent

A leading work-at-home service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a Winter Campaign Project. This project requires agents to answer incoming calls and handle donations for various non-profit organizations. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently. Certification is required by November 15th, 2015, with the project commencing the last week of November.
