This is a
remote position
, offering the freedom to work from home while still engaging directly with people across North America. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that families receive the financial education, guidance, and reassurance they need during key moments in their lives.
Conduct
virtual consultations and phone appointments
to review and explain benefit optionsAssess each member’s unique needs
and provide personalized, easy-to-understand guidanceMaintain
accurate, organized digital records
and ensure all documentation is completed properlyCollaborate closely with your team
to meet shared performance and service goalsParticipate in
ongoing training and professional development sessions
to continually enhance your product knowledge, communication skills, and leadership potentialShare ideas and feedback to help
improve processes, client satisfaction, and overall efficiency
Must be
legally eligible
to work in the United States or CanadaHigh school diploma or equivalent
requiredProficient using
Zoom, email, and other online communication toolsExceptional
listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsHighly
self-motivated, organized, and dependableComfortable working
independently in a remote environmentPrior experience in
customer service, sales, or client relations
