Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and attentively to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every interaction.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing needs with care and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team through Microsoft Teams, sharing insights and updates to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and review chat interactions to uphold quality, accuracy, and brand standards.
  • Document all customer interactions and daily activities to maintain accurate team records.
  • Engage in ongoing training and use provided resources to continually develop your skills.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and customer care.
  • Ability to focus and excel in a remote live chat environment, handling inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a home setting.
  • Proficiency with live chat platforms, email, and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Organizational skills to structure tasks and manage time effectively during your shift.
  • No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a remote or live chat capacity.
