Customer Service Associate

We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions.

• Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents
• Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
• Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided
• Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available

• Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do)

• Must be willing to work for the income you expect to make in your first year
• Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

$40,000 - $75,000 yearly
