The Role

As a representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals who have already requested information about their benefits. Your focus is on guiding, educating, and ensuring they understand their options.

This role involves no cold calling
. Instead, you’ll engage in genuine conversations, build trust, and help families make informed decisions about their coverage — all while developing skills that support long-term success and leadership opportunities.
