Your day-to-day work includes:
Reaching out to members
through scheduled calls or virtual meetingsLeading benefit consultations
and reviewing their available optionsTranslating program details
into clear, understandable explanationsCompleting digital applications
with accuracy and careMaintaining long-term relationships
through thoughtful follow-up
