This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits including health care options. Agents earn around $50-80,000 per year on average. However, our top Agents earn $100,000+. This is a remote position.

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverages to protect them in their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted advisor.

Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

$17/Hour
Full Time + commissions & bonuses

We are now accepting resumes for Inside Sales Representative for our agency in Fort Worth, Texas.

General responsibilities for Customer Service Representative are but not limited to:

Primary responsibility is to contribute in company's growth by generating leads from existing customers.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls-Replying to customers emails
-Check and complete fax requests
-Returning voicemails - Processing changes on existing customer's policies
- Upselling coverages-Generating sales leads from existing customers
- Taking payments-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative; follow up to ensure resolution

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

1 Year of Customer Service and phone handling experience preferred.
