A leading software development company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to proactively manage client accounts and drive product adoption. Ideal candidates have over 4 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a fully remote position requiring occasional travel and is open to US citizens and permanent residents only.

The anticipated salary range is between $120,000 and $160,000 annually plus variable compensation.
