Job Description:
We are seeking a Travel Experience Planner to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will help clients plan memorable vacations and getaways by providing personalized guidance, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
• Research and recommend destinations, resorts, and travel packages
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout their travel experience
• Keep accurate client and itinerary records
• Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and supplier offerings
• Contribute to improving team processes and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer service experience preferred; travel planning experience is a plus
• Self‑motivated and effective in a remote work environment
