Texas Women Entrepreneur Project - Member Experience

Her Texas is a statewide platform dedicated to advancing women’s entrepreneurship and economic power. We connect, promote, and invest in women‑owned businesses and the women who lead them, helping them grow and thrive across industries.

The Member Experience Volunteer helps ensure our members feel seen, supported, and connected at every step of their journey with Her Texas. Acting as a warm point of contact, you’ll assist with onboarding, check‑ins, and ongoing communication to create a seamless, welcoming experience. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping others feel valued and connected.

• Welcome new members with personalized messages and help them complete their profiles and join relevant industry groups.
• Check in with members at regular intervals to gather feedback, answer questions, and offer guidance on getting the most out of their membership.
• Help coordinate introductions between members who could collaborate or support one another.
• Assist with member surveys and gather insights to improve the experience.
• Be a friendly presence at virtual events and help foster conversation and connection during gatherings.

• Warm, approachable communication style – both written and verbal.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, with a love of helping people feel at home.
• Familiarity with email, Zoom, and basic spreadsheets or databases is a plus.
• Passion for supporting women entrepreneurs and fostering meaningful connections.

Flexible, with an estimated 3–5 hours per week. Virtual position; you can contribute from anywhere.

Your work will directly impact women by helping them feel welcomed, informed, and supported — strengthening the network that powers Her Texas. You’ll play a key role in making sure our members know they belong here, and their success matters.
