Location: Town of Poland

Build a meaningful career from home helping families understand and manage their life and supplemental insurance benefits. We’re hiring detail-oriented, people-focused professionals to join our fully remote support team.

What You’ll Do

Support policyholders virtually: Answer questions about coverage, premiums, claims, and policy features.

Handle service updates: Process beneficiary changes, address updates, payment methods, and other routine requests in our CRM.

Coordinate appointments: Schedule Zoom consultations and follow-ups with licensed agents; confirm attendance and send reminders.

Document accurately: Maintain clear, up-to-date digital records and case notes; follow compliance and privacy standards.

Communicate with care: Engage clients by phone, email, and Zoom with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

What You Bring

Excellent communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Tech-comfortable: Able to navigate CRMs, email, calendars, and video platforms.

Reliable & organized: Strong attention to detail and time management in a remote setting.

Team-minded self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Experience in customer service, insurance, or admin support is a plus (not required).
