As a Remote Customer Service Advisor
, you’ll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders, addressing concerns about order status and returns, and providing excellent customer support.

• Address customer inquiries about recent purchases.
• Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and returns.
• Resolve issues efficiently using problem‑solving skills.
• Professionally de‑escalate upset customers.
• Engage in upselling when appropriate.
• Demonstrate empathy and strong communication abilities.
• Excel in high‑pace environments as a skilled problem solver.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
