As a Remote Customer Service Advisor
, you’ll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders, addressing concerns about order status and returns, and providing excellent customer support.
- Address customer inquiries about recent purchases.
- Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and returns.
- Resolve issues efficiently using problem‑solving skills.
- Professionally de‑escalate upset customers.
- Engage in upselling when appropriate.
- Demonstrate empathy and strong communication abilities.
- Excel in high‑pace environments as a skilled problem solver.
- Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Must be 18 or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successfully pass a background check.
