Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic work environment where you will engage with customers and ensure their needs are met efficiently. The role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid work arrangements after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

- Provide accurate information related to billing, services, and account management.

- Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

- Assist customers in navigating company processes and policies.

- Identify potential challenges and escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary.

- Support emergency operations during storm shifts or other urgent situations.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented approach.

- Adapt to hybrid work schedules, including onsite and remote work as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions.

- Strong knowledge of billing practices and procedures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls in a customer service role.

- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.

- Flexibility to work adjusted hours during emergencies, such as storm shifts.
