Sr Account Manager; REMOTE

This Senior Account Manager - REMOTE role drives customer retention and revenue growth by engaging clients and identifying upsell opportunities.

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, including industry executives.
• Own customer communication on behalf of the partner company.
• Retain and document detailed knowledge of customers’ business and notable changes.
• Maintain a database and communicate important customer information.
• Lead and manage preparations for client meetings, including on-site visits.
• Achieve established standards for customer portfolio retention.
• Proactively review customer accounts for upselling opportunities.
• Advocate for customer needs to ensure high‑quality service and communication.
• Work with Customer Success teams on escalated customer issues.
• Notify the Product team of priority enhancement requests for customer retention.

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in the food service or SaaS industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM, Jira, and Customer Service Software.
• Ability to travel overnight a few nights per month.
