- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and account management experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Strong phone skills with the ability to provide clear and concise direction
- Proficiency in G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications
- 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession
- Experience in collections or credit management
