• Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
• Update accounts with new information received from clients
• Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
• Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized dashboard
• Provide clear and concise direction to clients and field agents

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service and account management experience
• 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
• Strong phone skills and ability to multitask effectively
• High level of experience using G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications

• Collections or credit experience
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
