• Maintain account orderliness and assign field agents to accounts
• Update designated accounts with new client information
• Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as necessary
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
• Utilize a centralized dashboard within the proprietary system for all operations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and account management experience
• 2+ years of experience in collateral repossession preferred
• Strong phone skills with the ability to provide clear and concise direction
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

• Experience in collections or credit management
• Proficiency in G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
