• Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agent assignments for each account
• Update accounts with new information from clients and communicate escalated issues to clients or supervisors
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized dashboard
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed
• Perform all responsibilities 100% via computer without fieldwork or travel

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and account management experience
• 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to give clear directions
• High level of proficiency in G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications

• Experience in collections or credit would be beneficial
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
