Customer Service Representative Administrator - US Remote

• Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
• Update accounts with new information received from clients and communicate escalated information as needed
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating product and service knowledge
• Utilize a centralized dashboard to process all responsibilities via computer
• Engage in customer service interactions to assist clients effectively

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and account management experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Strong phone skills with the ability to provide clear and concise direction
• Proficient in G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications

• 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession
• Collections or credit experience would be beneficial
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
