What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a high volume of complex customer retention interactions with exceptional autonomy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in retention strategies and value-based selling
  • Diagnose customer motivations and competitive dynamics to drive renewal decisions
  • Partner with leadership to pilot new strategies and process enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Previous call center experience, particularly in retention or sales
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with varied shifts
