- Contacting Spanish-speaking business clients (via email and phone)
- Handling orders and providing day-to-day customer support
- Cooperating with the warehouse in Spain to organize shipments
- Preparing sales offers and documents
- Supporting the sales team in daily tasks
- Cooperating with other departments within the company
- A communicative person who is open to learning
- Good command of Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1 level – both spoken and written)
- Someone who is well organized and enjoys working as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, sales, or B2B will be an advantage, but is not required
- An employment contract (starting with a part‑time position – 0.5 FTE, with the possibility of moving to a full‑time role in the future)
- A flexible working model – mainly remote work, with occasional presence at the office in Poland
