Position: Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle an average of 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a variety of client inquiries related to insurance products
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to departmental goals and guidelines
  • Participate in customer service training and stay updated on operational policies and new products
  • Navigate multiple administrative systems and perform basic calculations as needed
  • Collaborate with Floor Support when assistance is required
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the role
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree
  • Previous experience in insurance and understanding of the financial market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactions

    Ability to research and utilize available resources for problem-solving
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a structured environment
