A technology services provider is seeking a Jr Customer Service Representative to work fully remote, assisting with the DHS ICE HSI Tip Line. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of call center experience and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, documenting information, conducting research, and following established procedures. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
