1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

• Hiring Immediately for February 13th
• Full-Time - Work 5 days at 8.5 hours, between 11 AM - 9:30 PM MST
• Get an extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation period
• Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute
• Earn $16.00 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month

• Answer incoming calls and provide a world‑class experience for our customers
• You receive inbound calls only – there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
• Customers call in for various reasons, such as inquiring about our services, having junk to remove, and wanting to know if we service their area, when we can take it away, and often ask about pricing. In these instances, you will answer their questions to convert those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their items
• All new agents must be available to start on February 13th
• You’ll start with 3 weeks of fully paid, remote training to set you up for success
• After training, you’ll join a team led by a supportive Team Lead who will guide your development and help you continue to grow

You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in MB.

• Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 9 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday CDT
• A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
• A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with a minimum of 8GB memory
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
• A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
