Position: Program Manager(Client Services)

Excel is looking for a Client Services Manager(Program Manager). You will be the front-line customer contact and must establish & maintain an excellent working relationship with the client. You will be responsible for all day-to-day functions in maintaining assigned customer accounts while working remotely.
As part of your primary responsibilities, you will:Be responsible for the day-to-day customer satisfaction of existing accounts. Interacts with program owners, contacts and recipients for problem solving and issue resolution.Communicate with recipients on order status, return management, changes, questions, etc.Monitor timeliness of data, discuss questions/issues with customer regarding data changes, error reporting, etc.Monitor all aspects of customer program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non-responders, manager/recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.Proof customer invoices for accuracy (product pricing, shipping charges, handling charges, sorted per customer’s requirements, etc.).This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position and is not an exhaustive listing of duties and responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience with proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.Language: Fluent ability to speak and write in English and French to be able to serve customers in all countries where we operate.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.To be in constant contact with customers, sales reps and other departments furnishing or obtaining information.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Why join the Engage2excel team?
