Overview
NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES - MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE. Shift flexibility between 8am-11pm weekdays. This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. In a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly outbound calls in a scripted setting. Campaigns will vary and change from time to time. These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active Freedom customers.
Responsibilities- The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems.
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns.
- Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify customer needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
- Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
- Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
- Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
- Candidates with prior call center experience, sales background, high volume/fast paced are preferred. Mortgage experience is not required but a plus.
This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $19.00/hr
