Customer Service Rep – Tax; Seasonal, Bilingual: English​/Spanish – Remote

Position Summary

Customer Service Rep – Tax (Seasonal, Bilingual: English/Spanish) – Remote. Provide inbound/outbound call and internet support to customers, resolving routine issues and questions about client products and services. This role is open for ongoing applications and encourages veterans to apply.

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Spanish and English.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home work environment.
• Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Desktop or laptop that meets the following specifications:
  • Windows 10+; RAM 8GB or higher.
  • Processor:
    Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
• Internet requirements:
  • DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (no satellite or Wi‑Fi hotspots).
  • Speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
  • Connection must be hard‑wired with an Ethernet cable.
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
