What you can expect

Do you have experience in Customer Service in area Credit &Risk, speak Polish fluently and want to work for an innovative company that is a leader in the professional services sector? Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via various communication channels (e.g., phone, email) for credit matters.
  • Monitor payments flow
  • Manage protests, payment method and bank account change
  • Perform Cash Collection
  • Execute customer blocking
  • Monitor bank transfers
  • Release of credit notes and manage limit exceeding
  • Monitor Rating deterioration
  • Economic and financial evaluation for customers beside medium and large prospects
  • Securities management

Manage Fraud‑linked activities and processes.

Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.

Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.

Meet personal and team customer service targets.

Investigate and resolve incoming complaints.

Perform data entry and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system.

Understand main company processes and products and be proficient in using relevant tools such as CRM and SAP.

Adhere to credit rules to prevent unpaid invoices and debts.

  • Experience in customer service in industries such as banking, insurance, and financial services.
  • Developed communication skills and high customer orientation.
  • A passion for serving the customer, independence and diligence.
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment.
  • Support for MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the SAP system is welcome.
  • Good knowledge of English.
