Hotline Center Supervisor (Flexible Part-Time)

We’re urgently hiring a Hotline Center Supervisor to support our mental health crisis line on weekends. This part-time role is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, lead a small team, and provide direct support to people in distress. You’ll play a vital role in helping others during some of their most vulnerable moments.

• $22 per hour pay rate for weekend shifts
• Be a lifeline to those in crisis and guide frontline responders
• Part-Time weekend schedule
• Work that’s meaningful, emotionally fulfilling, and mission-driven

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a call center or support setting
• Experience handling crisis calls or high-emotion conversations
• Strong communication and emotional regulation skills

• Supervise weekend lifeline call takers and offer real-time coaching
• Answer calls from people facing mental health crises, suicidal thoughts, or emotional distress
• Provide empathetic, judgment‑free support and de‑escalation as needed
• Document calls clearly and follow escalation protocols
• Stay composed and organized while multitasking between tools and systems
