Position: Customer Resolution Specialist (remote possible)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a point of escalation, researching and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Interact with customers to provide updates and troubleshoot issues through inbound and outbound calls
  • Identify emerging trends and communicate findings to leadership
  • Document customer interactions and maintain compliance with critical deadlines
  • Assist with customer setup, onboarding, and provide training or product demonstrations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service or complaint resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose customer-friendly correspondence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in a customer escalation role within the mortgage or real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with computerized data entry systems
