- Serve as a point of escalation, researching and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Interact with customers to provide updates and troubleshoot issues through inbound and outbound calls
- Identify emerging trends and communicate findings to leadership
- Document customer interactions and maintain compliance with critical deadlines
- Assist with customer setup, onboarding, and provide training or product demonstrations as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service or complaint resolution
- Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose customer-friendly correspondence
- Prior experience in a customer escalation role within the mortgage or real estate industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with computerized data entry systems
