Responsibilities- Solving user problems reported by phone, e-mail or other communication channels.
- Saving and describing incoming notifications in the system and their correct management.
- Fluent in Portuguese – C1 level.
- Communicative English – B2 level.
- Ease in making contacts with others.
- Willingness to learn and self‑improvement.
- Stable employment based on an employment contract.
