Position: Customer Resolution Specialist (remote possible)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the point of escalation for customer inquiries and complaints, providing research and resolution
  • Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls to acknowledge and provide status on inquiries
  • Identify emerging trends in customer issues and notify leadership
  • Maintain an inventory of assigned cases, ensuring compliance with critical deadlines
  • Create and maintain logs, records, and files, acting as a resource for information
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field
  • Prior experience in supporting customer escalations and written interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Extensive knowledge of the employer's products and services
  • Proven research and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in customer setup, onboarding, and training demonstrations
  • Ability to adapt responses based on customer interactions
