A leading mortgage holding company is seeking a Mortgage Customer Service Advocate to work remote from home. In this role, you will resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of legal customer complaint experience, along with mortgage servicing experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are needed.

Competitive pay range is $35-$40 per hour plus annual bonus.
