• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
• Persuade customers to consider additional products and services
• Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• 3+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and a desktop or laptop for work

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
