• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Ask probing questions and persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
• Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Experience in a customer service or sales environment
