Inside Sales Rep – Financial; Remote

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
• Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Minimum 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
