A leading eCommerce services provider is seeking a German Speaking Service Delivery Support Associate. This fully remote role requires strong communication in German and a detailed-oriented approach. Responsibilities include supporting customers, drivers, and delivery service partners, ensuring successful deliveries through effective communication via phone, chat, and email. Candidates must be able to work variable shifts within 24 hours and should have at least 1 year of experience in a relevant customer service role.

Competitive hourly pay with a contract duration of 9 months.
