We're seeking a Spanish+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and act as a vital link between our brand and our Spanish-speaking customers. In this role, you'll be a trusted voice, providing solutions and clear information via both voice calls and live chat.

- Provide excellent support:
Deliver prompt and friendly service in Spanish and English, handling a variety of customer questions and issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve:

Maintain accurate records of all customer communications to ensure seamless service. - Contribute to improvement:

- Language
Skills:
Complete fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). - Experience:
At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech support, or a contact center. - Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with customer support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus. - Soft Skills:
You are a patient, detail-oriented person with a genuine desire to help others. - Work Style:
You can work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.
