A leading gas supplier is seeking a BPI/SAP Help Desk Agent (Bilingual-English/French) to provide remote support for SAP-related processes. This position requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of the SAP platform, as well as the ability to manage help tickets in a live call center environment. Suitable candidates must be bilingual in English and French and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
