Customer Service Representative - Remote

• Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats, resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Provide the highest level of customer service, maintaining professionalism and politeness
• Produce certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related documentation for clients
• Serve as a mentor to new hires or staff, providing direction and training
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Proficient computer and data entry skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and operate dual screens while being detail-oriented

• Office or customer service experience is preferred
• Post-secondary education is preferred
• Positive attitude and high level of integrity
