• Hourly wage up to $21.00
• Paid for your P&C license within 60 days of starting

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
• Assist customers with questions about coverages and policy benefits
• Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
• Make a measurable difference in the lives of customers through dedicated support

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance policies
• Previous experience with customer retention strategies
• Knowledge of various insurance carriers and products
