** RC Willey is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to support our Warranty Department. In this fast-paced role, you’ll assist customers with warranty claims, process service requests, and ensure accurate record-keeping. We’re looking for problem-solving individuals who are committed to providing excellent service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of quality and efficiency.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide professional and courteous support to customers via phone, addressing inquiries and concerns related to product warranties
* Clearly explain warranty coverage, terms, and service options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, such as sales and delivery, to facilitate issue resolution
* Coordinate with manufacturers and service centers to ensure timely and effective resolution of warranty-related claims
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warranty claims in company systems
* Stay up to date on company policies, warranty processes, and product information to provide accurate assistance
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
* Proficiency in basic computer use and accurate typing
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions over the phone is a plus
