Remote Customer Service Representative

• Salary between $14.50 and $15.00 per hour

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
• Provide world-class customer service while troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
• Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
• Engage in upselling products and services during customer interactions
• Effectively multitask while navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a call center virtual setting
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills to handle difficult situations professionally
• Proven sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell products/services
• Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts any day of the week
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, and have a GED or High School Diploma

• Quick-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic and effective time management skills
• Experience working in a remote environment with a suitable workspace setup
