Position: Customer Service Representative - Work at Home

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls regarding wireless account assistance
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
  • Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records while multitasking effectively
  • Demonstrate a sales‑focused mindset by upselling products and services when appropriate
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while navigating multiple systems under pressure
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center environment
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of remote work experience
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8‑hour shifts scheduled Monday to Friday
  • Must pass a background screening and be at least 18 years old with a GED or High School Diploma
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
