• Provide administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners, including contract facilitation and order processing
• Assist in tracking transactions, order status, and quotes while maintaining client relationships
• Respond to inquiries regarding the employer's products and services
• Support customer service functions as needed
• Maintain organization and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in the Real Estate/Title industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Customer service-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
