• Customer service experience required, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills

• Experience in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• High motivation with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines
