• Serve as specialist level support for all inquiries or issues related to employee payroll runs
• Act as the regional specialist for all payroll‑related matters, ensuring stakeholders are informed of changes, delays, or updates
• Handle urgent issues and customer escalations, participating in customer video calls for quick resolutions
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional support and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Provide premium support to specific customers to ensure high satisfaction and timely issue resolution

• Experience in processing end‑to‑end payroll or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub‑region of application
• Client‑facing experience with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and support colleagues effectively
