Remote Customer Engagement Specialist

• Provide technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions regarding product functionality
• Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting to assist customers with technical support issues
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to make service recommendations and resolve issues
• Serve as the primary support liaison between the employer and residential customers
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's product line and applications utilized by customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a quiet workplace and DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s

• Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English (other language skills a plus)
• Demonstrate personal excellence, including punctuality, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and compassion
