• Assist Spanish-speaking customers for 85% of calls
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
• Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes through structured training

• Must be professionally fluent in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, listening, and organization skills
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications

• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
